Ammad shines for Ken

Ammad Atee's bold batting guided Kensington and Chelsea to a comfortable victory on Saturday. Chasing United's half-decent total of 148, opener Atee hit four fours and two sixes on his way to a match-winning 70.

It means Atee looks set to smash his own record of 445 runs he made last season, having already notched up an impressive 335 runs during this campaign so far. There was also cameos from team-mates Damian Dharmaratne (18) and David Babbage (14), but Atee was the star of the show, helped by his side's bowlers who gave him the stage to shine.

Zain Rizvi picked up a valiant 4-22 and Shukdeb Das took two wickets. Randolph Yearwood and Dharmaratne also bagged one each, before Atee's brilliance with the bat secured Ken's fourth win of the season.
